I’ll be sharing things that I find useful and think that you may as well. Today I’m feeling motivated to share a running tip that I read years ago in Runners World. Here goes:
As your running along, if you start to feel like you need to catch your breath, SMILE! Seriously. This will help to open your nasal passage ways, increasing air flow. Try it sometime. I swear by it when I feel like I’m huffing and puffing!
